About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Associate to join our team at Imperial Brands PLC. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and fostering a culture of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive regulatory reports on ingredients and product data for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Ensure that our portfolio is compliant across international markets.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure that reporting regulations have been met.
  • Extract and format data to produce regulatory reports.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and projects as required.
  • Drive problem-solving and data review activities, identifying and participating in Continuous Improvement actions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Compliance environment (desirable but not essential).
  • Attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Planning and organizational skills with strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work proactively and collaboratively within a team.
  • The ability to work under time pressures and meet deadlines.
  • Data processing and analysis with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
