Job Title: Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

Hovis Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at our Avonmouth bakery. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all employees understand quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure that our products and processes remain compliant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including HACCP and food safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
