Job Description

Quality Manager

Hovis Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team at our Avonmouth bakery. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our site meets company, retailer, industry, operational, and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to other site functions and the wider business.
  • Manage complaints investigations, determine root causes, and implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage the internal audit program to promote compliance and drive improvement.
  • Develop and deliver food safety and quality training programs.
  • Investigate food safety, compliance, and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions and corrective action programs to foster continuous improvement.
  • Provide trend information and reports on key quality/safety indicators and implement measures for ongoing enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Experience within an FMCG environment.
  • HACCP Level 3 or above.
