Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to other site functions and the wider business.
- Manage complaints investigations, determine root causes, and implement timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage the internal audit program to promote compliance and drive improvement.
- Develop and deliver food safety and quality training programs.
- Investigate food safety, compliance, and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive actions and corrective action programs to foster continuous improvement.
- Provide trend information and reports on key quality/safety indicators and implement measures for ongoing enhancement.
Requirements:
- Experience within an FMCG environment.
- HACCP Level 3 or above.
