Arthur Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our client, a leading Insurance Company in the UK. As a key member of the legal team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's commercial strategy and providing expert advice on high-profile contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the negotiation and drafting of high-value commercial contracts, including insurance-related agreements and general commercial contracts.
- Provide strategic regulatory advice and support to the company's different businesses, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Head of Legal to develop and implement the company's legal strategy, aligning with business objectives.
- Fully qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, either from private practice or in-house.
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts, with a proven track record of success.
- Desirable experience working in the insurance or financial services sector, although not essential.
