About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Simplyhealth. This is an exciting opportunity to drive membership growth and customer satisfaction.

As a Sales and Business Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for speaking with customers to promote our health plans and services. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to think creatively to overcome obstacles.

About You

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • You're results-driven and able to set and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including negotiation and conflict resolution.

The estimated salary for this role is £24,500 - £26,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you'll also receive:

  • OTE commission earnings of 25% of your base salary
  • Generous pension with a 6% pension gift from us
  • 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays) - with the option to buy and sell a further 5 days
