About the Role

This is a key leadership position that will drive statistical strategy and innovation across multiple programs in clinical development and medical affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing and driving statistical strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing the Biostatistics function at internal and external decision boards.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement statistical strategies for critical clinical studies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
* Represent Biostatistics at internal and external decision boards
* Develop and mentor other statisticians

Requirements

* MS Statistics or equivalent with 12+ years' work experience or PhD (in Statistics or equivalent) with 8 years+ work experience
* Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
* Expert knowledge in statistical areas such as exposure-response modelling, applied Bayesian statistics, and complex innovative designs
