Transforming Research and Development with Statistical Excellence

GSK, a global biopharma company, seeks a skilled professional to lead the Research and Development team in statistical excellence. As Vice President, Technology Implementation, you will be responsible for driving a data-driven culture with statistical thinking at its core.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-clinical statistics, with advanced communication and influencing skills to champion the re-use of internal and external data assets. With experience in preclinical statistics, including research and CMC, and early phase/translational clinical development, you will be able to provide senior leadership and vision to the RMS groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain organizational models to optimize resourcing of the RMS portfolio of work.
  • Provide senior leadership and management to the RMS groups, ensuring statistical support for key objectives.
  • Drive a data-driven culture with statistical thinking at its core.
  • Satisfy in vivo regulatory obligations across Pharma R&D, ViiV, and Galvani.
  • Manage and implement change projects with a record of achievement.
