We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Arts and Entertainment Sponsorship Coordinator.

About Us:

IMG is a global leader in the sports, fashion, events, and media industries. We manage some of the world's greatest athletes and fashion icons, produce hundreds of live events annually, and specialize in licensing, sports training, and league development.

Our Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our account management team, coordinating and tracking sponsor packages across various accounts and events. This includes managing client relationships, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless delivery of marketing and ticketing requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient sponsorship activation plans for each account.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, producing detailed meeting notes and progress reports.
  • Lead on coordinating sponsor marketing deliverables and ticketing requirements.
  • Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting and ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Gather data and create case studies for client-facing campaign reviews.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in events or client management.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office software.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.

Working Conditions:

Permanent role based in London Chiswick Park, with occasional weekend and evening work required for event travel and client meetings.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
