We are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Administrator to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our international business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and performing data entry tasks.
  2. Supporting Payroll: Assist with payroll processing, including preparing payslips and ensuring accurate payment of employees.
  3. Customer Interaction: Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Office Administration Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
  • Early Finish on Fridays: Friday finish at 12:30pm.
  • Holiday Allowance: 25 days holiday per annum.
  • Pension Scheme: Up to 10% pension contribution.
