About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Programming and Partnerships Officer - Heritage and Culture. This role will play a key part in developing and delivering a programme of events and activities that showcase the rich heritage and cultural significance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a programme of events and activities that engage diverse audiences and promote the cultural and historical significance of our properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with community groups, cultural institutions, and other stakeholders to develop partnerships and collaborations that support our programme.
- Work with our team to design and deliver high-quality events and activities that meet the needs of our audiences and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of our programme.
- Supervise volunteers and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to contribute to the success of our programme.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in programme development and delivery, preferably in a heritage or cultural context.
- Strong relationships with community groups, cultural institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
