Research Associate – EHR Data Specialist

The International Society for Bayesian Analysis invites applications for a Research Associate – EHR Data Specialist to join our esteemed biostatistics unit. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing large-scale electronic health record data, identifying patterns, and developing actionable insights to support clinical decision-making. Your primary focus will be on developing novel methodology and applying it to answer clinically-relevant questions, leveraging rich, raw observational clinical informatics datasets extracted from EHR.
In collaboration with our experts, you will extract and appraise relevant data from the EHR dataset, identify suitable analysis methods, and drive scientific understanding and prediction for hospital patients. A PhD in a strongly quantitative discipline, such as statistics, is required, along with prior experience in high-dimensional structured data analysis. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
