Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with local events, attractions, and activities to recommend to guests.
  • Ensure seamless communication with hotel departments to resolve guest issues and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, policies, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of London and its attractions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work a 44-hour week on a shift rota.
