Responsibilities

  • Préparation et coordination du plan de projet (Plan of Work/POW - le calendrier détaillé du projet);
  • Verification de l'intégrité des données d'entrée pour le POW et vérification de la cohérence entre les tâches;
  • Documentation et suivi du progrès à l'intérieur du POW ou en utilisant des outils supplémentaires tels que Excel ou PowerPoint pour les métriques de projet;
  • Préparation et présentation d'actualisations des calendriers de projet aux Clients comme requis par les équipes de projet;
  • Identification des changements et recommandation d'actions préventives et/ou de mitigation;
  • Analyse des risques et évaluation de l'impact des retards;
  • Surveillance de l'adhésion du calendrier de projet à la planification convenue (sous-traitante et externe) (Client axé);
  • Collaboration avec l'équipe de projet pour maintenir et mettre à jour le calendrier de projet à un rythme régulier;
  • Identification des chemins critiques, des dépendances entre projets et avertissement des équipes de projet sur les zones de conflit, les priorités, les bouchons et les conséquences associées;
  • Support des équipes de projet dans les rapports mensuels des coûts, du progrès et des métriques connexes;
  • Proposition et action avec l'équipe de planification de projet pour les projets d'amélioration interne.

Requirements

  • Expérience de planification de projet dans des projets de haute valeur (M+), préférentiellement avec pertinence sous-marine/telecoms;
  • Attention méticuleuse aux détails;
  • Capacité à développer et à présenter des présentations à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des Clients qui ne parlent souvent pas anglais en premier;
  • Capacité à analyser, synthétiser, résumer et présenter de manière concise;
  • Compétences interpersonnelles solides : persuasivité, maturité et tact;
  • Excellent joueur d'équipe, mais également autonome et adaptable;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière proactive pour atteindre des délais serrés dans un environnement à haute pression;
  • Responsabilité, créativité, proactivité et résolution de problèmes;
  • Capacité à développer rapidement une appréciation technique des projets de câbles sous-marins;
  • Compétences en informatique très fortes, en particulier dans la gestion de données complexes et non numériques;
  • Compétence dans une autre langue (surtout le français et/ou l'espagnol) serait un atout;
  • De l'occasionnel voyage à l'étranger comme requis, peut-être à court préavis;
  • Connaissances en outils de gestion de projet : connaissance solide de MS Project (y compris programmation de macro) et MS Office (Excel, Word et PowerPoint) y compris programmation de macro. Expérience de Primavera utile mais non obligatoire;
  • Connaissances en gestion de projet (contrat, gestion des changements, analyse des risques);
  • Gestion de la documentation (méthodologie de gestion de l'information et de contrôle de la documentation).

Qualifications

  • Diplôme en gestion, administration des entreprises, gestion de projet ou équivalent;
  • PMI ou Prince certification préférée mais non essentielle.
