Project Planner Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner to work within our Real Estate Division, with a focus on supporting our Commercial Developer and Industrial, Sciences and Technology teams in London.
About the RoleAs a Senior Construction Planner, you will have the opportunity to meet with clients to discuss their projects and delivery thereof and advise them on realistic timeframes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- To support Project Management commissions in developing plans and programmes to deliver our service and projects and monitor and report against these, in accordance with defined scopes of duties and T&T systems, mission and values;
- To support Project Management commissions to achieve safe and efficient outcomes that meet agreed profit and client satisfaction objectives;
- Produce logic linked detailed integrated programmes (design, procurement and construction) fully backed up by a build strategy, construction methodology, logistics scheme and phasing plans.
- Provide support to the project team for all planning functions ensuring that issues within the programme are highlighted and understood.
- Give appropriate planning advice and direction to project team members & all relevant Stakeholders and produce programme assurance reports on our Client commissions.
- Apply critical path analysis and assess the impact of change on critical and non-critical activities. li>
- Provide specific programme outputs to analyse 'Compensation Events', 'Early Warning Notices' impacts. Work as part of T&T's Contract Advisory services and produce Delay analysis reports.
- Deliver Period Programme Updates and input to project reports.
- Coordinate between Clients and their Partners', consultants' and contractors' programmes of works and compliance with the Project Programme. li>
- As appropriate and required, provide planning support to the bidding team to do all the activities necessary to submit the bidding documentations in time.
- A proven track record of delivering projects as a Senior Planner/Project Planner 10 years + experience with a UK based main contractor / project management consultancy.
- Experience on a variety of projects such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health & Retail.
- Proficient use of Asta Powerproject (Primavera and Microsoft Project an added bonus).
We estimate that this role will come with an annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000.
