About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong background in nursing. You will need to have current NMC registration and a good understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential.
