Care Home Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Peripatetic Nurse at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that cater to the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents.
We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. If you have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude, we would love to hear from you.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also need to have a strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards.
