About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Administer medication safely and effectively

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
  • Dedicated and compassionate approach to nursing
