Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Make critical clinical decisions and take responsibility for resident care
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Current NMC registration
- Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
