Investment Services Associate

The Investment Services team at Man Group plc is responsible for creating high-quality client communication for the firm's global client base, specifically covering the Man Numeric product range.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver a wide range of Man Numeric focused collateral, including client reports and marketing materials.
- Assist in day-to-day contact with internal and external clients, facilitating their requirements and coordinating internal support where needed.
- Work closely with Sales, Client Portfolio Management, and key stakeholders across the business to write bespoke RFP/DDQ content and high-quality strategy materials.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior sales, Client Portfolio Management, and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities and initiate projects where the Investment Services team can add value for Man Numeric's Client Portfolio Management team and Man Group's sales force.
- Provide senior-level support and guidance to junior members of the wider Investment Services team.
- Degree-level education in a relevant discipline.
- 2-3 years' experience writing client-focused content in the hedge fund or asset management industry.
- Proven experience in writing, editing, and delivering high-quality RFPs and DDQs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments based on a broad understanding of the business requirements.
- Ability to develop strong-working relationships with stakeholders across the firm and engage with these individuals.
- Excellent time management skills to succeed in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset to support colleagues, as well as experience working independently.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
