Employee Relations Specialist (French-speaking)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at ISR Recruitment. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing labour relations matters and employee relations cases in France and other European countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with employees, managers, and HR colleagues on employee relations issues, including performance management, internal investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide advice and support on complex employment matters, working under the guidance of the senior Employee Relations management team.
- Investigate complaints and respond to employee concerns in a fair and compliant manner.
- Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations and reduce conflict.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified with 3-5 years of commercial experience in Employee Relations.
- Experience of employment law through employee relations case handling in a fast-moving, multi-site environment across the UK and Europe, with a specific focus on France.
- Strong leadership and managerial experience, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels within the organization.
- Experience in an operational environment, with the ability to be strategic and solution-focused.
