Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Performance Officer to join our team at Concept Housing Association. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the consistent recording of performance data and key performance indicator information.

About the Role

As a Contract Performance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our contractual agreements are met and comply with standards and requirements. This will involve working collaboratively across various service areas to provide support and challenge service providers to deliver high-quality services consistently in accordance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement improvement plans with service providers to address poor performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings and compliance checks to monitor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Generate reports to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhanced service delivery.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to build relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Utilize strong numeracy and IT skills to ensure accurate and timely recording of performance data and key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Experience in contract management and service delivery.
  • Proven ability to work with external stakeholders and build effective relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write reports and deliver presentations to a targeted audience.
  • Understanding of the supported housing sector and the risks associated with managing a portfolio of properties.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
