Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Performance Officer to join our team at Concept Housing Association. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the consistent recording of performance data and key performance indicator information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that our contractual agreements are met and comply with standards and requirements.
  • Develop improvement plans with service providers and review performance by regular meetings and compliance checks.
  • Generate reports and identify areas where improvements are required.
  • Collaborate with service areas to provide support and challenge service providers to ensure high-quality services are delivered consistently.

Requirements

  • Experience of contract managing service providers and delivering positive performance.
  • Experience of working with external stakeholders and building relationships with others.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to influence and empower colleagues.
  • The ability to write reports and deliver presentations to a targeted audience.
  • An understanding or experience of the supported housing sector.
  • An understanding of the risks associated with managing a portfolio of properties.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects at the same time.
