We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Performance Officer to join our team at Concept Housing Association. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the consistent recording of performance data and key performance indicator information.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that our contractual agreements are met and comply with standards and requirements. You will work collaboratively across a range of service areas, providing support and challenging service providers to ensure high-quality services are delivered consistently in accordance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date performance data and key performance indicator information.
- Develop and implement improvement plans with service providers to address poor performance.
- Conduct regular meetings and compliance checks to ensure service providers are meeting contractual requirements.
- Generate reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and build relationships to achieve service delivery goals.
Requirements
- Experience in contract management and service delivery.
