At x+why, we're looking for a seasoned Membership Sales professional to lead our Clubspace offering's growth strategy.

As Membership Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for driving membership sales across the x+why Group, leveraging your commercial acumen and B2C expertise to identify and engage with prospective members.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills, managing internal and external stakeholders with ease. You will also provide clarity on membership sales processes, from lead generation to CRM oversight, and explore creative ways to acquire new members.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on experience and location. Our benefits package includes ESOP, pension scheme, cycle-to-work initiative, ClassPass, Benefit Hub, and medical cashback plan.
