We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to lead our senior care team in delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a Residential Day Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the welfare of our residents and their needs are met in line with their care plans.

Your duties will include:

  • Leading the care team and ensuring all aspects of care are delivered in line with residents' care plans
  • Reviewing and auditing care plans to ensure they meet the needs of our residents
  • Managing staff deployment and effectively time managing each shift
  • Communicating clearly with your team and managing the staff rota
  • Administering, ordering, and booking in medication
  • Managing risks and emergency procedures
  • Liaising with external agencies regarding care provision
  • Building relationships with residents, relatives, and advocates
