Maintenance Shift Manager Opportunity

A leading food manufacturing company in Shropshire is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Shift Manager to oversee the maintenance of their production facility in Market Drayton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure maximum plant and equipment efficiency
  • Ensure planned engineering tasks are completed on time and in full
  • Implement good repair and manufacturing practices
  • Monitor and approve time sheets for the team
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
Requirements:
  • Qualified maintenance engineer with C&G or NVQ Level 3
  • Multi-skilled with mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Supervisor or team leader experience
  • Proactive attitude to solving issues and supporting production
