About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supported Living Worker CQC to join our team at Home Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with complex needs to develop their skills and live more independently in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with practical daily living tasks to promote independence and achieve their goals.
  • Support customers with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
  • Help customers attend appointments, engage in hobbies and interests, and participate in education or employment opportunities.
  • Support customers with personal care and medication needs, as outlined in their support plan.
  • Conduct risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.
Requirements
  • A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it.
  • Experience of caring for others, either in a professional or personal capacity.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate a resilient approach.
  • Valid UK/EU driving license and over 25 years old to comply with Motability insurance requirements.
