Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, responding to their enquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services, expansion, and other contract opportunities.
- Contract Negotiations: Manage contract negotiations and renewals with existing customers, ensuring contracts are up to date and accurate.

- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

- Ability to prioritise and resolve problems.
- Solid IT skills, including a proficiency with common software applications.
