Supporting Residents with Complex Needs

As a Care Assistant at Barchester care home, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care to residents with complex needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, and a compassionate approach to care.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
