Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This is a rewarding role that involves providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to enjoy their daily lives.
Responsibilities:- Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Work closely with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
- Monitor and record residents' progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team
- Previous experience in caring for older adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Dedicated and compassionate approach to care
- Competitive salary: £19,000 - £21,000 per annum
