Job Responsibilities

About The Role: As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs, including mealtime assistance, personal care, and promoting independence. You'll also have opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through training and development programs.

Salary and Benefits: This is a competitive full-time position offering a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include free training and development, access to wellbeing tools, and a range of retail discounts.

Qualifications and Skills: A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting, a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
