About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support and companionship, and promoting their overall well-being. You will work closely with our care teams to ensure that each resident receives personalized care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work closely with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Monitor and record residents' progress and report any changes or concerns to the care team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in caring for older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dedicated and compassionate approach to care
