Care Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester care home. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care. This role requires a high level of empathy, effective communication skills, and a compassionate approach to care.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and nutrition
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting social interaction and well-being
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the planning and delivery of care services
