We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Support Assistant to join our team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including filing paperwork and ensuring all procedures are followed regarding data capture for service-specific outcomes.
- Offer an excellent standard of service to patients, adhering to trust-wide standard operating procedures and policies developed for clinical administrative processes.
- Participate in the development of these procedures and policies, contributing to their improvement and effectiveness.
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the trust. We also offer flexible working arrangements, accommodating requests where possible to support our staff and patient needs.
