About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to work with our hospital team in West Middlesex. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, working closely with medical staff, and participating in ward rounds.

Key Requirements:
  • Master's degree in pharmacy and GPhC registration.
  • At least 2 years' post-graduate experience.
  • Recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • Full UK right to work.
