Job Description
Our team of Care Assistants are responsible for providing essential support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely. Your tasks may include assisting with personal care, such as bathing and dressing, managing incontinence, and supporting clients with their medication. You will also be involved in practical tasks like shopping, meal preparation, and household chores.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, as long as they possess the right attitude and skills. While prior experience in social care is not necessary, you must be willing to learn and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team. Compassion, resilience, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
