Job Title: External Affairs Media Communications Specialist
Department: External Affairs
This role plays a crucial part in producing and developing the outputs of the External Affairs team, while advising on FSRH strategic issues where appropriate. The activity of the role is focused on the management of FSRH's external-facing media and social media functions, while playing a key role in communicating FSRH's advocacy ambitions.
The role works closely with other internal Departments to develop and execute internal and corporate communications. This role will also benefit from working closely with a Senior Media Consultant who will help upskill the role during 2024/25, providing an excellent learning opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage FSRH's external-facing media and social media functions
- Communicate FSRH's advocacy ambitions
- Work closely with other internal Departments to develop and execute internal and corporate communications
Requirements:
- Interest in healthcare policy
- Passion for improving society
- Background in PR, social and other media disciplines
- Excellent writing skills
- Broad understanding of communications techniques
