We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Child Care Support Workers, providing long-term care and support to vulnerable young people with complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young people and be part of a dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Residential Child Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people with emotional and behavioural disorders, Autism, and mental health challenges. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement care plans, supporting young people to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK
  • Provide at least 2 professional references
  • Have 6 months' experience working with adults or children with similar needs in similar settings
  • Hold a Level 2 or equivalent qualification in health and social care
