Waking Night Residential Support Worker Job

Brook Street Social Care NMR is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Residential Support Worker to provide essential care and supervision during the night.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the individual needs of children/young people as outlined in their care plans.
  • Collaborate with young people, their families, social workers, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, procedures, and best practices.
  • Safeguard the safety and welfare of young people, with their well-being as the top priority.
  • Participate in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing care, health, and education plans.
  • Promote a positive and safe environment that supports the social and personal development of young people.
