Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality supervision to Foster Carers, promoting the well-being of children in their care.
- Conduct regular supervisory visits to Foster Carers, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Support Foster Carers in maintaining accurate records and contributing to the review and development of their performance.
- Collaborate with Foster Carers to ensure placements are made and sustained in accordance with a child's Care Plan and established protocols.
- Work closely with children in placement to ensure their safety and promote their voice.
