About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver bespoke tutoring programs to meet the unique needs of each pupil
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in SEND education, applying this knowledge to inform your teaching approach
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and services, collaborating with colleagues to drive innovation and excellence

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Proven experience of working with children with SEND, including those with complex needs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Capacity to think creatively, innovate, and problem-solve in a dynamic educational environment

Remuneration: £30-£35 per hour (dependent on experience)
