Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist/PD Lead to join our team at Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our adult community psychological services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs.
The successful candidate will have a doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology. You will also have experience in specialist psychological assessment and treatment of complex mental health presentations across various care settings, including inpatient and community settings.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing expertise in specific psychological interventions, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and has a strong commitment to teaching, training, and supervision. As a Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist/PD Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing therapeutic programmes, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of our services.
