About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Atrium Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to adults with unique needs, utilizing your qualifications and experience.
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to help individuals navigate behavioural and emotional hurdles.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans and strategies.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own car (due to the location).
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with adults from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong behaviour management abilities and a deep understanding of safeguarding.
