About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our East Fife services. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, helping them to maintain independence and engage with their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans for service users.
  • Monitor and record service user progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the management team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to administer and monitor medication as required.
