The people we support have a range of challenges, including learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and partial sight. We are looking for someone who is fun, active, and passionate about supporting others to live their best lives.
We offer a full-time contract with flexible working hours and shift patterns. Our Support Workers are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, and we invest in their pay, recognition, wellbeing, and continued professional development. We will provide you with all the training, support, and personal protective equipment you need in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes

- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
