Job Overview

Opto Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Broker to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with UK commercial brokers, educating and informing them of our service offering, and generating consistent revenue for the business.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with UK commercial brokers to promote our service offering and generate new business leads.
  • Provide exceptional support to brokers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial broking, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong desire to progress and potentially lead a team within the company.
