SEN Teaching Assistant Position

FUTURE EDUCATION is seeking a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work with students with special educational needs in our vibrant school community in Richmond Upon Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

About the Job
  1. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of students with SEN.
  2. You will be responsible for providing one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential and build confidence.
  3. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the implementation of IEPs and supporting students with SEN in a variety of settings.
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to develop and implement strategies that meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Providing feedback to teachers and parents on student progress and recommending adjustments to IEPs as needed.
