The Virtual Care Specialist Manager will play a key part in delivering high-quality remote care services to patients across Wrightington Wigan & Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This permanent full-time role (37.5 hours) involves managing day-to-day supervision, allocation, and co-ordination of remote clinically based teams.
Main Duties- Lead a team whilst assuming responsibility and control of the Virtual Hub management in absence of Digital Team Leader.
- Identify, report, and address poor performance issues.
- Diffuse challenging behaviour, ensuring that situation is managed in sensitive way.
This role offers an estimated salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
