Your Role
">As a Care Companion at The Rowans, you'll be an integral part of our care team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide companionship and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
">You'll work closely with our experienced care staff to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care. This may involve assisting with daily tasks, participating in activities, and providing emotional support when needed.
