Job Summary

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage residents to maintain their independence and participate in activities they enjoy
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a care or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Enhanced DBS check required
